Wire Wrapping Tutorials and Helpful Hints

I’m a hippie. There are no ifs, ands, or buts about it. T-shirts and jeans, loads of funky rings, leather bracelets and leather necklaces LOL!

I was excited when Denise Peck, editor of Step by Step Wire Jewelry magazine, wanted to publish this bracelet. It is really easy to make – hope you will check it out! My bracelet is on page 46 of the Summer 2009 issue which just hit the newsstands the first of July.

This bracelet is also on my Jewels by Jules website and I sold it while it was at Interweave’s office, waiting to be photographed for the magazine – the bracelet is one of a kind because I don’t have any more those of those beads! I emailed the assistant editor, Sara, and she told me the bracelet had been photographed and she mailed it back to me the next day. The buyer received the bracelet about two weeks later, loves it, and I told her I would send her a copy of the magazine. She made me laugh because she asked me to autograph the magazine for her LOL!!

It is always thrilling to be published. I have been a freelance writer for Interweave Press since 2005 and I hope I never get over the thrill and excitement of seeing my name in print!
